Do you cringe when you click on a website and find outdated content, dark, uncropped photos or illogically organized menus? Do you mentally whip out a red pen and brainstorm ways to make it better?
Then do we have an opportunity for you.
CEHD is looking for a part time web content developer to help redesign our current site and work with our centers to reconfigure their pages. This person will work closely with our communications team and IT website developer to create new design templates that can be integrated across websites for our College, centers, departments and student organizations.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in visual arts, communications, marketing, English or computer science. They should have extensive experience writing and editing for the web, knowledge of web design, including usability and accessibility practices, and competent in WordPress.
The position will be report to the CEHD Dean’s office on UD campus. Working remotely may be permitted, but most work must be completed on-site during normal office hours.
And don’t worry. Our websites are not that bad. Seriously.
