Kayla Hayes
Clinical Coordinator
Kayla Hayes, M.S., is the Clinical Coordinator for Human Services and Human Relations Administration majors in the College of Education and Human Development’s Department of Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Delaware (UD). In her role as Clinical Coordinator, Kayla supports Human Services and Human Relations Administration majors in securing internship placements to fulfill their degree requirements. She also builds and maintains partnerships with a wide range of organizations to coordinate internship opportunities for students. In addition, Kayla instructs two courses for Human Services and Human Relations Administration majors: Internship Readiness and Skill Building and Experiential Education.
Prior to joining UD as a staff member in 2026, Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Pre-Social Work/Counseling and her Master of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Human Services Leadership through UD’s 4+1 program. During her time as a student, Kayla held multiple part-time and internship roles at UD across several departments, including the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences, the Department of Student Wellness and Health Promotion, and the Community Standards and Conflict Resolution office.
