Kelsey Cummings

Academic Program Manager

Kelsey Cummings is an academic program manager in the College of Education and Human Development, working with students in the department of Human Development and Family Sciences. As the academic program manager, Kelsey meets regularly with caseload of advisees in all three majors in the department: Human Services, Human Relations Administration and Early Childhood Education. She meets with prospective and admitted students, participates in recruitment events and supports the program coordinators with curriculum and semester course offerings. Kelsey has participated in university wide initiatives, such as representing CEHD on a committee of advisors that were consulted on implementing our new Stellic degree audit system.

Kelsey is also a UD alum. She began her professional career at UD in 2011, after completing both her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and master’s degree in sociology at UD. Prior to joining the College of Education and Human Development in 2022, Kelsey worked for eleven years in the Honors College at UD
