Assistant Professor
Kevin J. Knudsen is an assistant professor and the human relations administration (HRA) program coordinator in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Delaware. Dr. Knudsen’s research interests include organizational change and development with a focus on the interplay between micro- and macro-level change. His current project investigates the converging perspectives of different organizational members on AI adoption in the workplace.
Dr. Knudsen’s research provides a foundation for bringing organizational issues and perspectives into the classroom and connecting students’ learning experiences with the challenges facing contemporary organizations. He teaches courses on human capital development, employee and organizational development and leadership development.
As HRA program coordinator, he works closely with prospective and current students and guides the ongoing development of the curriculum to ensure that students are well prepared for their future careers.
