CEHD Dean’s Teacher Pipeline Scholarship

By contributing to the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) Dean’s Teacher Pipeline Scholarship, you’re helping a student pursue a degree in elementary and middle school teacher education or early childhood education who may not otherwise be able to afford the cost of a college education. These scholarships ensure access to our high-quality teacher education programs while easing the financial burden of pursuing a college degree.

ASPIRE Program

The ASPIRE Program is designed to support future educators by offering academic assistance, professional development opportunities, networking with peers and professionals and access to scholarship opportunities. Your gift directly funds operational activities, professional development workshops and empowers education majors to succeed academically and become effective, well-prepared educators.

Center for Disabilities Studies

Your gift helps Delaware Assistive Technology Initiative purchase a collection of toys to be used for demonstration in the workshops, as well as the essential tools, materials and supplies necessary for adapting toys. Your support makes play accessible for children with physical disabilities and gives families the confidence to create inclusive experiences.

Center for Research in Education & Social Policy

Help the Center for Research in Education and Social Policy support students engage with hands-on research, mentor-guided journeys, skill-enhancing opportunities and networking events. Your gift will allow CRESP to provide funding to assist students in attending academic conferences and professional development. These experiences will allow students to apply their academic knowledge to real-world issues and network with other professionals in the field.

Lab School: Playground Renovation

Support the Lab School in making a new water and sand playscape possible! Your gift will foster children’s development and provide hands-on learning opportunities for our UD undergraduate students, equipping them with the practical skills and experiences they need to become tomorrow’s educators and leaders.

New Directions Early Head Start: Bundle Up Baby

Support New Directions Early Head Start in keeping children enrolled in the head start program warm this winter with cold weather gear, such as coats, hats, mittens, car seat covers and blankets.

Teachers of Tomorrow Program

The Teachers of Tomorrow Program aspires to achieve a positive impact by empowering and inspiring the next generation of educators, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their careers and, in turn, positively influence the educational landscape. Your gift will provide operational support, educational resources and mentorship to aspiring teachers.
