UD Barnes Research Lab

This is the research team for Dr. Tia Barnes. As part of this team, we conduct and support projects related to the social and emotional well-being of teachers and students. We have a particular interest in examining ways to ensure that the social and emotional wellness of minoritized populations is addressed as part of the school environment. We consider this through the use of culturally responsive practices and theoretical understandings of equity and social justice in education.
