The Cecil Pregnancy and Family Resource Center offers free help to women who are making decisions about their pregnancies. Many of our Clients are faced with unplanned pregnancies and difficult decisions. No matter the concern, Cecil Pregnancy and Family Resource Center provides high standards of care and compassion for every woman who seeks help at our centers.

We offer free services to women and families in need in our community. Services consist of: 

– Pregnancy Testing
– Ultrasounds
– Parenting, Adoption and Abortion Information
– Prenatal, Labor & Delivery, Breastfeeding, Parenting Classes, Life Skills, Sexual Integrity (Incentive Based)
– Peer Counseling and Mentoring
– Community Referrals
– Baby Boutique (New items for those participating in parenting classes)
– Material Aid (Gently used clothes / equipment, diapers, wipes, formula, baby food)
