Delaware Department of Transportation

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) designs, constructs and maintains roads and bridges, administers highways operations, and the operations of the statewide public transit network, DART First State. In addition, DelDOT is responsible for the State transportation long range and short range planning and working cooperatively with the public and private partners. The following sections make up our Human Resources office: Benefits, Workforce Management, Employment Services, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Training & Education. Our office provides front line human resources support to the entire Department. The office handles all HR functions from recruitment, to training, and through retirement/resignation.
