Neighborhood Ninjas

Neighborhood Ninjas is a 501c3 volunteer-led nonprofit (EIN 82-3077295) that uses the sports of Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Course Racing as a tool to help youth and young adults develop confidence, resilience, and compassion. The sport of Ninja encourages creative problem solving, persistence, and a process-focused and strengths-based approach to overcoming obstacles – skills that translate to all areas of life.Our work focuses on trauma-informed mentorship, scholarship opportunities, and community-building programs to foster growth mindset, confidence, and resilience in a safe, active space. Additionally, with the sport of Obstacle Course Racing on its way to the Olympics in 2028, we aim to make the sports of Ninja and Obstacle Racing more accessible to those who may want to pursue the sport competitively but struggle with finances or transportation to do so, in addition promoting physical health, personal growth, and community connection. As such, we are building NinjaFit Obstacle Playgrounds in low income and rural areas nationwide.
