ChristianaCare Hospice in collaboration with AccentCare of Delaware

ChristianaCare Hospice in collaboration with AccentCare of Delaware provides hospice and palliative care to patients throughout the State of Delaware in multiple different settings such as our two inpatient units, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and patient’s homes. ChristianaCare Hospice cares for more than just the patient, we care for the entire chosen family by providing support such as Social Workers, Chaplains, Music Therapists, and Volunteers. ChristianaCare Hospice also continues to care for caregivers for 13 months after the patient’s passing through our Bereavement department.
