Skoach is a chatbot that lives on Microsoft and Teams (platforms reaching >130M daily active users combined), surveys teams to get insights on their team effectiveness, and then challenges each team member to adopt new habits that fill the identified gaps. We have a wide range of challenges from “include strategic recovery breaks in your day” to “exchange positive and improvement feedback with your manager” and always include specific instructions and frameworks so that barriers to action are low.
