Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services

Upper Bay is a nonprofit organization that provides a broad and expanding range of high quality behavioral health and community services. The services offered include outpatient therapy, psychiatric medication management, groups, intensive outpatient programs, community awareness and education, adult residential programs, and more.
