Our Mission is to offer services and supports in partnership with people with disabilities, their families, and communities.

Our Vision is that every citizen realizes their full civil rights and contributes to their communities in meaningful ways.

Values into Action Pennsylvania offers services and supports to people living throughout eastern Pennsylvania.  We recognize that each individual is unique, and our services reflect his or her needs and wishes.  The people employed with us who provide direct services are known as Personal Assistants.  They build strong relationships with each person and carry out our mission on a moment-to-moment, hour-by-hour, day-to-day basis.

In Home & Community Support Services

• In your home – It’s about helping you learn new skills, such as using your iPad to communicate, balancing your checkbook, riding the bus, cooking dinner or learning to play the guitar.
• In your community – This can include activities like helping you learn to ride the bus, participate in activities of interest, and meet and engage with friends.

Values Into Action offers customized internship opportunities in human services (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services & Family Systems, etc.) or human resources.  We have established relationships with many of the colleges and universities in the Philadelphia region. Our internships are created in accordance with educational program requirements & standards with a focus on learning objectives important to YOU.
